**Your paper check sheet, as a tablet form.**

Send a photo or a PDF of one blank check sheet. In about half a minute you see the same sheet as the form an operator would fill in on a tablet: the header, every check with its limits and how often it is taken, and the sign-off. Enter a reading outside the limits and the form asks what was done about it.

No email needed. Send a blank sheet: we draw the form, not the readings. Your file is read once and not kept; the form drawn from it is kept 30 days so its link works.

## What it reads

- One blank check sheet: a photo (JPEG, PNG or WebP) or a PDF of up to 3 pages and 4 MB.
- The header’s boxes (part number, date, shift, machine), every check in its order with its method, how often it is taken, its unit and its limits as printed, the reaction plan, and who signs.
- Only what the sheet prints. A limit the sheet does not give is left empty, never guessed, and readings or names already written on it are ignored.

## What it draws

- The sheet as a tablet form: a box for each header field, a row for each check with its limits beside the entry, and the sign-off.
- A reading outside its limits, or a fail, turns its row red and asks what was done about it, with the sheet’s own reaction plan beside the question. The sheet cannot be signed until every check has an entry and every red row an answer.
- A run chart of one measurement, with example readings marked as examples: six in a row, each higher than the last and all inside the limits, the drift a chart shows and a sheet of single readings hides.
- Nothing typed into the form leaves the page.

## What is kept

The file is read once by an AI model and not kept. The form drawn from it is kept for 30 days so its link works, and a one-page spec of it can be emailed.

## The first step: One sheet, paperless, on one line

A fixed piece of work, quoted before we start. We take this sheet off paper on one line, and you decide from your own records whether the next sheet is worth doing.

1. **This sheet on a tablet at the station.** The form you see here, where the checks are taken, with the header filled in for the operator.
2. **Every reading kept.** With who took it and when, and searchable, instead of filed in a binder.
3. **A reading out of limits reaches the lead.** As it is entered, with the sheet’s reaction plan on the operator’s screen.
4. **Each measurement charted.** A run chart for every measured check, so a drift shows before a part is out.
